See our premium Reel Turner, the CRT-H1000-ss, in action.

This Reel Turner is British built materials handling at its best, offering maximum flexibility and usability and a deep understanding and fulfilment of customers requirements.

This model features a core-gripping Reel Turner attachment, fitted to a bespoke carriage mounted Side-Swing, that allows the reel to be stacked vertically across a pallet.

A CCTV camera is fitted to assist the operator in locating the gripping chuck in the core.

WH also produce custom Reel Handling Trucks, based on bespoke rebuilds of bought in branded Stackers.

This 1000Kg capacity Reel Turner is based on an EP ES10 Straddle Stacker Truck, fitted with:

- Custom reinforced legs

- Side-Shift Roll Positioning for loading across pallets

- Anti-Telescoping clamp

- Additional hydraulics

- CCTV monitoring for ease of loading

This hybrid Reel Turner Truck gave the customer, the workplace solution they needed at a price and availability that suited their requirements.

Weston Handling on Fox TV!

When Fox TV's 'Manufacturing Marvels' explained the important role packaging plays in, product protection and brand awareness. they featured a Weston LV/E2000 Reel Truck.

Fox TV visited the American Packaging Corporation's 'Centre of Excellence', where they use several Weston LV Trucks for handling up to 2Tonne reels of packaging materials, used to protect and promote many thousands of household brands. In total, American Packaging rely on over a dozen Weston LV Reel Trucks at three sites in the USA!

ACKBelt® Anti-Crush Kick Belt

Our patent applied for ACKBelt® system guards against crush injuries from pedestrian pallet, stacker and industrial trucks.

The ACKBelt is wired directly into the truck’s existing Anti-Crush Button, greatly improving safety by increasing the surface area of the safety trigger to include the outer edge of the truck body.
